Contracted to ComEd as a systems anyalist. While there I earned my CNA. My duties included being the primary provider of IT support for Waukegan power station which included being a network administrator, supporting users at the deskside, and assisted with projects to interface embeded systems onto the LAN. Helped with many projects including Y2K and the transfer of ownership of the plant and the set up of new infrastructure.


1996-1998 TekSystems, Reston, Va.

Contracted to GTE for an assignment at Huges Network Systems. Responsibilities included moves, adds and changes of users' phone and network connections and troubleshooting network related issues.


1993-1996 Bryley Systems, Hudson, Ma.

Worked as a computer technician; repaired, configured, and upgraded PC hardware and software in a Novell environment which gave me a working understanding of Novell client service, Windows NT, Windows for Workgroups, OS/2 and Windows 95 as well as DOS. I also gained experience repairing Compaq servers and clone PCs


1990-1993 Protemps, Wilmington, Ma.

1 year field assignment at Visage, Inc. Responsibilities included integration of user interface controller boards, running diagnostics, and adjusting signal output when necessary. I also worked in the Research and Development department assembling prototypes.

2 years performing other computer related assignments, non of which were repair oriented.
